My name is Eric Hales. I have been in the Real Estate business since 2002. One year later my wife Kim joined me and we have worked as a team ever since.

History & Background: I'm a Phoenix Native. My first profession was in fine woodworking and custom cabinetry. In 1984, I started a Design / Build company called Designer In Wood in which we served an elite clientel that required impeccable workmanship, excellant communication skills and confidentiality. Eventually this business grew to include General Contracting to build custom homes and remodeling projects. Our last big project was to take a raw piece of the desert , clear it and build our own custom home. Surrounded by amazing mountain views, we designed and built our home using our four hands to do approximately 75% of all the work. When Kim and I work together using our individual strengths we can accomplish almost anything and do it well. This is also true of our Real Estate Business.

Our Real Estate business starts with You. From our first contact to the close of escrow, we put your wants and needs first. And, when obstacles and hurdles come along in the process, this is when we do our best work. We are solution based thinkers, so before your even aware of a potential problem, we usually have already taken care of it or have a solution to present to you. This takes the anxiety and stress of potential obstacles away from you, so you can focus on the more important things.
