This letter is just a few very positive words about a couple of years of working with Stacey Holmes to sell my home in Carefree, AZ. We had purchased the home about 2003 to retire to but a grandchild came along in 2005 for me to help take care of in Colorado and then my husband passed away in 2012, so we never got to live in the home for more than a few weeks at a time in between renters. When I tried to sell in 2012 the price had dropped, so Stacey helped me lease to two different families. This effort on her part, to get it fixed up each time to lease, was beyond all I could have asked. I was an absentee landlord in California trying to follow all the regulations from out of state. I could not have done it without her help, often daily for many months. Then she found a buyer who loved the home. What a positive end to the two year relationship we had. I can't be more grateful.
