Nicole Park is a Realtor - Associate Broker at HomeSmart in North Scottsdale, Arizona.  Her career began in 1999 in the Twin Cities, MN, where she and her husband Joe, a Master Golf Teaching Professional, raised their two sons who are now Professional Golfers.  

 Nicole and her family owned and operated a golf practice facility in MN for 14 years, where she served for 7 years on her local City Council in Lake Elmo.  Nicole was an integral part in bringing the municipal water and sewer connections into the city which made it possible to properly develop the town.  

 With her strong background in golf and her love for the game, she naturally specializes in golf course communities and luxury properties in the North Scottsdale market. In addition to residential real estate, she is experienced in land sales, housing development projects, and golf course development.
