Bella Jampolsky's 16 year career as a Realtor has been built on relationships. By listening carefully to her clients, and treating them with the same kind of respect she appreciates herself, Bella offers a refreshing, professional alternative to the often loud business of the hard sell. Her credo is everybody is important, regardless of their budget. Born in Paris and raised in Canada, Bella's clear communication (she speaks English and Hebrew), honesty and dependability are the cornerstone virtures that have allowed her to grow all of her businesses on referrals.
After moving to Arizona in 1976, Bella designed western wear for quarter-horse shows for 17 years under the business banner Bella's Creations. Her work, then as now, marketed itself. When her husband David's business, Alltrans, grew to become the third-largest transport company in the state, Bella shifted gears to become its full-time Operations Manager. She gained a reputation for hands-on planning and co-ordination, people skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving for small and large-scale logistical challenges.
By the time the business was sold in 2002, building relationships and serving customers had become second-nature. Bella's retirement lasted all of two weeks. With a love of houses and her design skills, realty was a natural fit. The credibility Bella established with Alltrans meant she already had a loyal clientele among friends, family and co-workers as the basis to launch her new business. Bella was able to hone in quickly on the needs of buyers and sellers when listing, and know exactly what was required to market properties. It is a testimony to those old-fashioned qualities of trust and respect that referrals again became the main source of Bella's business as a Realtor.
She has since worked the entire Valley and sold properties in every price range up to multimillion-dollar deals. Bella has also worked with many Canadian investors and rehabilitated several properties in her personal portfolio. Presently, she is marketing and building a new sphere of business that targets several condo developments in Scottsdale.
Bella is deeply grounded by family life. Married for 46 years, she has two beautiful grandchildren, and three children who are all making amazing contributions to the world - a son (an entrepreneur in the printing/branding business), and identical twin daughters (one a high school teacher for children with special needs, and the other a recreational therapist for elderly patients).
As a person, Bella is not one to seek the limelight. As a Realtor, she puts clients at the forefront through listening - deeply - to what they are communicating, keeping them in the loop through every phase of the sales and acquisition process, and creating seamless transactions. For Bella, the real bottom line is this: you cannot put a dollar amount on people's needs - every client receives the same respect and dedication.
