About Me
Sylvia's passion for real estate started with the market crash in 2008. Seeing the devastation firsthand, watching friends and family slowly lose control, led her to chart a path guiding others in understanding what it takes to protect their legacy. Sylvia is an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator).
Her clients often describe her as delightfully transparent, proactive and patient.
Outside of real estate, Sylvia can be found walking her Mini-Aussie/Heeler mix, Beignet or on long bike rides with her family.
She is also a proud contributor to Arizona Animal Welfare League & SPCA, Arizona's oldest and largest no-kill shelter.
