My love for Arizona had its beginnings at the age of 10 when my father was stationed at Ft Huachuca, AZ. My father started an on-post horse boarding and training facility that he managed throughout the time we lived there. My sister and I cared for several horses and as members of the Sheriff’s Posse we participated in rodeos and overnight rides to Tombstone for Eldorado Days.
I have developed a love for home building, remodeling and real estate going back to my youth as I helped my father build stables, fences and feeding troughs. My more formalized training started during my tenure in the Army Corps of Engineers. Ever since leaving the army, I have continued buying, selling, building and remodeling homes.
I have been active as a licensed AZ realtor since 2003, first starting with Russ Lyon Realty. I have assisted many in the buying and selling of their homes even in difficult situations such as short sales, an area where I have extensive training and experience.
My intimate knowledge of construction and the real estate market has given me a unique perspective and has proved to be a real asset in working with homeowners and buyers as well as investors.
I offer homeowners an insightful assessment of their home that includes a market valuation and a comprehensive review of improvements that can add to the value or result in a quicker sale time.
