Hi! We are Kathy and Rick Goeld - The Goeld Group. As HomeSmart Realtors, we represent both buyers and sellers in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Having lived in Arizona for 22 years, we know the area, and the real estate market, extremely well.
Kathy obtained her Arizona Real Estate license in 2004. Since then, she has helped buyers find that unique, “must have” residence that becomes their dream home … and, she has helped sellers prepare, price, and market their homes for a quick and satisfactory sale. She has worked in every part of Phoenix Metro - North, South, East, and West - on transactions involving single family homes, town homes, and condominiums. Click Here for References.

Buying or selling your home is likely the most complex business transaction of your entire life. You will be signing a contract that involves hundreds of thousands of dollars … and signing dozens of legal documents. One of the most important things your Realtor can do is to guide you through this very complex process. The Goeld Group emphasizes Attention To Detail … so that there are no nasty surprises either during the process or after the transaction.
It is important that your Realtors have a broad range of experience, and The Goeld Group has that.
Kathy, who earned her bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University, spent 4 years working as a mortgage loan processor, and had a successful career as an elementary school teacher.
Rick, who earned an engineering degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, spent more than 30 years in the high-tech electronics industry before becoming a coach and mentor to owners of small businesses. He has also taught Strategic Management to MBA-level students, and published 3 books.
Together, Kathy and Rick have bought, sold, and managed many different types of properties, and have formed and managed many Limited Liability Companies (LLCs). This experience in legal issues and transactions is an added benefit when working with The Goeld Group.
