My name is Jackie Mahaney, real estate agent/advisor with the Elite Team at Home Smart Realty.
I've spent the last 22 years in sales and marketing and I have sold millions of dollars of real estate in
the greater Phoenix Metro Area. From 1998 to 2020, I worked in media advertising sales/radio, television and digital advertising representing local Phoenix stations such as KTAR, KNIX, KYOT radio stations, as well as 3TV and CW6
affiliates. As a top producing rep, I eventually became the General Sales Manager
for a cable/internet sales organization called Viamedia. During that same time, in 2002, I went to
school at night and weekends to earn an Arizona real estate license and began buying and selling
real estate for myself, friends and clients. In 2004, along with my radio friend and partner became
the #1 Real Estate Team for Realty USA Southwest. During the recession, I worked with numerous Canadian buyers and other investors who wanted
to take advantage of our low home prices. They have now made lots of money on these homes! In 2019, I sold $3.4 million dollars of Paradise Valley real estate and decided that in 2020, I was finally going to focus on the career I have always loved, real estate.
