I hired Dave to help me sell my mother's home in Sun City West. The home was vacant, full of furniture and belongings, and it needed a lot of repair and cleaning. I live about 50 miles from the home, so I needed time to get it ready to place it on the market. Dave was always available to give me advice and meet with me at the house. Dave knows a lot about rehabbing houses and is very familiar with the homes in the area. He helped with staging the furniture for the photo shoot. One day he texted me that a neighbor had called him because I had left the garage door open. He went over and closed things up for me, saving me from a long drive.
