Licensed as a Broker-Salesperson in 1985 I have consistently been among the regional leaders in sales volume, ranking as high as #1 in the region several times and in the top ten nationally.
Designations include Certified New Home Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Negoitiations Expert and Certified Residential Specialist. I have received the Lifetime Achievement Award and am a member of the Re/Max Hall of Fame through my previous broker affiliation.
My wife, Dorothy, and I have owned properties in Sun City West and Sun City Grand since 2004.
