Eileen offers her clients more then 30 years real estate experience and expertise.  She brings them her energy, determination, knowledge and beliefs about success.  She says "when you start with a positive idea or goal and consistently feed it positive energy and knowledge, it will be reality."

She believes in the old-fashioned activities like answering a phone, listening carefull and being responsive to her clients wants, questions and concerns.  She utilizes her real estate experience to analyze every angle to prepare for any issues that may come up in a transaction.  

She comes to HomeSmart as a team; "I got Gows," specializing in Active Adult Communities and Luxury Properties and many times combining the two in the development where she lives; Corte Bella.   Her team includes Eric Gow, her husband, in which carries both a Real Estate license and has been a Certified Residential Appraiser for over 30 years.  With Eileen's background as a Mortgage Broker, Property Manager, Developer and Eric's experience as a Builder, Realtor, and Appraiser - this is certainly a team built of knowledge and experience.
