Life began in a very small farm town in southwest Iowa but I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area working as a radio news guy for about 30 years. The last 20 of those years was at the 50,000-watt blowtorch KGO. In the year 2000 I left California for a 3 year stint living in a motor home and traveling the continent. Then came settlement in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. That's where the real estate career began. For almost 7 years I specialized as a buyer's broker working with veterans returning from the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Then came Sun City Festival.

Encouraged to move my real estate business to Festival Ranch, I began helping home sellers and buyers. First step was to publish a book The Ultimate Guide to Selling Your Home which I make available to clients. It's a great resource to walk you through from the point of deciding to sell your Sun City Festival or Festival Foothills home, to packing up and making the move.

A Homesmart Diamond Award winner and a 5-Star rated realtor on Zillow. Real estate is not a part-time job to fill gaps between playing golf (I don't), pickle ball (not that either), or other activities. I live here, I work only in Festival Ranch. Clients prefer a resident real estate agent.
