My name is Laura Popeil :

I represented my Mother Lucille Schayner as her trustee in the sale of her home..

Prior to listing , I contacted several realtors and Fred Jackson was one of them.

The home needed obvious updating & would have a solar lease  ( with a Balance still owed )

in addition to a reverse mortgage to satisfy with any sale .

I admit I went into these realtor introductions with the assumption that we were looking at a short sale or a deed in lieu scenario.

The realtors I spoke with basically concurred ......with the exception of Fred .

I placed my trust with him & in doing so found someone who was sympathic to the circumstances behind the necessity to sell $ who was dedicated to seeing it sold.

My living in Kingman prevented me from being present as much asI would have liked, but I was confident in Fred as my representative.

The process was a roller coaster ride for all parties concerned . 

It is because of his efforts that we were finally able to close and feel very fortunate that we had Fred in our corner.
