We were out of state buyers so many of the details pertaining to getting us an inspector and being there for follow up to make sure that the items identified were addressed. Stephanie was a fantastic realtor! I was relocating to Arizona from Tennessee and Stephanie took me to different areas in the northwest valley area to find the perfect location.
