Welcome

Being a Real Estate Agent and working in the retirement communities in the West Valley of Phoenix is near and dear to my heart.  My husband retired after 33 years with the same company and we moved to Sun City West in 2009 to be closer to family that lived here.  We were drawn here because of the many activities and have stayed here because of the people and we feel that we worked hard and now we get to play hard!

Having been a  director of lending and working in real estate lending for over 20 years, I wanted to bring my knowledge and experience to a position where I felt I could help those in search of the perfect retirement home or those looking to sell their retirement home. It has proven to be a perfect match and one that is dear to my heart.   I have a passion for helping others and sharing my years of experience and knowledge to make the process as seamless and painless as possible and I do that with clear expectations and solid communication.   I go beyond the purchase or sale of the property and assist my clients in setting up or turning off utilities, finding vendors to help with updating homes and providing detailed information about the community they are soon to be residences of so that they can maximize their daily living activities.

Let’s face it when one finally gets to retire, there is a big change in their daily life and the sooner they get active in making a new lifestyle for themselves the better they will feel.  My goal is to have clients feel as if they are in an adult version of Disneyland every day they wake up!

I am one of the luckiest people I know as I get to mix my passion for helping people with my passion for living life.  When not working I can be found on the golf course, trying hard to get that little white ball into what seems like a hole smaller than the ball.  Even on the golf course I often have friends asking me about properties or looking for vendors to upgrade or fix an issue.  Sharing knowledge is key to our success as a community.  A life well lived is a life worth living and we all understand how grateful we are to be living here.

The game of golf carries nine core values that I feel directly relate to working with clients and I follow them to a “tee”:

Honesty, Integrity, Sportsmanship, Respect, Confidence, Responsibility, Perseverance, Courtesy and Judgement

If you are reading this, I hope you will provide me the opportunity to work for and with you on your next real estate transaction.  My end goal with every client is to have them say that their experience and process was the best they have had and I work hard to make that happen every time.
