David moved to Arizona in 2011 from Washington state to enjoy the great climate and outdoor activities the Grand Canyon state has to offer.  His education and experience in Electronic Engineering and building custom homes in WA jump started his love of real estate investing and new career as an Arizona Realtor in 2012.

David’s focus and experience in multiple aspects of the real estate market in the Active Adult Communities of the Sun Cities and surrounding areas gives him the knowledge base which is a strong benefit to his clients.  His personal experience owning multiple residential rentals also gives him a valuable skill set and insight into this important area of the real estate market.
