Sun City Grand is an active-adult community developed by Del E. Webb. Our Grand opening was held in October, 1996; our last home was constructed in 2005. So we are a newer "Valley of the Sun" community and one that is homeowner-owned and managed.
Our residents enjoy the amenities of four championship golf courses, two fully equipped fitness centers, five swimming pools, tennis courts, softball field, over 40 exciting special activities clubs, two full-menu restaurants and much, much more.
We are located in the charming City of Surprise, AZ, just 45 minutes northwest of downtown Phoenix.

Here at Westbrook we have many things to offer our homeowners. There are two fine recreation centers with swimming pools, spas and many activity rooms, including a gym. You will find a multitude of events held at the centers during the year: plays, musical events and parties etc. Rooms are also available for your own private functions. The Westbrook Village Golf Club has two courses that wind through our community and will welcome you either as a member or as an occasional player. Our library, in the Fine Arts Learning Center, contains a wealth of books, puzzles and videos for your pleasure.
There is never a reason to be bored in Westbrook Village. Available activities include numerous card groups, stained glass, billiards, dance classes, yoga and so on. If you can think of an activity there is probably a club for it. From our perfect location it is a short distance to hiking and biking trails, and our access to the Loop 101 Freeway makes other parts of the Valley easily accessible.
As you settle in to your new home we hope that you will take the time to check in on the Board of Directors and the various committees which support the management of our community. Most of the meetings are open to all, and we always welcome anybody who looks to get involved in keeping Westbrook great. The Board and committees consist of homeowners just like you who have found that they have some time and skills to offer.
