Oro Valley

Oro Valley is a suburban town located 6 miles north of Tucson. Dubbed the "Upscale Tech Mecca" of Southern Arizona by the Arizona Daily Star newspaper, Oro Valley is home to over 10 high techfirms and has a median household income nearly 50% higher than the U.S. median.


Marana is  located just a few miles northwest of Tucson with a small portion located in Pinal County. Marana has dozens of miles of hiking trails, including those in the Tortolita Mountains. Find golfing, shopping, and easy access to the highway. Some communities include; Dove Mountain, Gladden Farms, San Lucas and Continental Ranch/Reserve to name a few.

Vail/Corona De Tucson

Vail/Corona De Tucson is twenty-four miles southeast of Tucson. The area is known for the nearby Colossal Cave, a large cave system, and the Rincon Mountains District of Saguaro National Park (East), a top tourism spot within Arizona. Located close by is Rita Ranch, a masterplanned community. It is home to the Vail School District, one of the top public school districts in Arizona. Many military families from Davis-Monthan Air Force Base live in the area.

Green Valley/Sahuarita

Green Valley/Sahuarita is twenty miles south of Tucson and 40 miles north of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. It is located along the western side of the Santa Cruz River. Surrounded by copper mines, and near the cycling, hiking and birding areas of the Santa Rita Mountains, Green Valley is an unincorporated retirement community composed of many Homeowner Associations. 
Sahuarita is located in the north end of Green Valley, but only 15 miles south of Tucson. Sahuarita is one of Arizona’s fastest-growing communities and has one of the highest median household incomes in Pima County.

Sonoita, Elgin, Patagonia

Sonoita, Elgin, Patagonia is located 56 miles from Tucson or about 45 minute drive. Sonoita, Elgin and nearby Patagonia are blink-and-you-miss-it places with official Census-logged populations of less than 1,000 residents. But if you take the time to explore southern Arizona's wine country, you'll fall in love with the laid-back vibe and gorgeous vistas of mountains and grasslands. Weather averages about 15 degrees cooler than Tucson year round.
