We had been looking randomly in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and happened to check out the Tuscon area. We had known Sheila and her husband Sean from the Seattle area and knew they had moved to Tuscon and sold real estate. We closed shortly thereafter and even now when we need local references they are right there to help.
