John Linthurst has been engaged in the field of real estate sales for nearly thirty years. Originally a new home sales representative, he eventually gravitated into the re-sale market where he earned his brokers license fifteen years ago. A good part of his career had been centered in southern Orange County. Over those years, he noticed the migration trend had always been north to south, and in 2005 John himself relocated his focus to North San Diego county.

John's brokers license allows for multiple uses, and the spectrum of properties he sells range from residential dwellings -  to multi unit apartment complexes. Land and groves are also a source of business, being North County is not nearly as built out as OrangeCounty. However, as Will Rogers once said, “Land, they aint making any more of it.”

John is a graduate of Cal Sate Fullerton and has earned numerous additional certificates over time to enhance his knowledge. He has achieved a remarkable number of awards and accolades associated with being one of the regions finest realtors. He stands by a code of ethics second to none and brings outstanding results for those who engage him.
