Alice has lived in San Diego County since 1988, and has a deep appreciation for the southern California lifestyle.  Alice is a graduate of the University Of Phoenix, majoring in Business Administration.  Alice has also obtained several real estate designations, including the GRI, SFR®, GREEN, and RSPS.

Alice was the legal administrator and advanced certified paralegal of her late-husband's personal injury law practice for twenty years, and continues to work as a remote paralegal; therefore, she has extensive experience with contracts and legal documents.
