We listened to his advice and we had a full asking price offer within 12 hours of being on market and a second better offer the next day. He really made sure we understood everything and followed up on every aspect of the sale of our house. We were closed in 30 days. Could not have asked for a better experience. He really handled everything and I was extremely impressed.

I recently used Mike to sell my house in San Marcos.
