Lynn Clark has been serving clients throughout San Diego County for over 34 years. There is no substitute for knowledge and experience you can count on. Lynn moved to Escondido in 1967 and has seen many changes since Escondido was a mere 16,000 in population. She raised twin daughters in Escondido and they have given her 5 grandchildren that delight her. In her spare time she enjoys family and friends, walking, biking, tap and jazz dance and performs in informal events throughout the year for seniors. Fishing, camping and horses are other interests.
She graduated from Escondido High and attended Palomar College in San Marcos in pursuit of a Veterinarian degree. She read the book “NO Money Down” in 1980 and went directly out, bought her first home and the passion for real estate began and has not stopped, that was over 36 years ago.
Lynn is a REALTOR and a member the local North San Diego County Association of Realtors as well as the CA Association and the National Association of Realtors.
She has served the board as a political committee member, given radio and live talks regarding investing in foreclosures and private money and also enjoyed many years as a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Redevelopment committee member, committee to create and implement REIN ( Ramona Equine Industry Network) and Creator Chair of the 1st Day of the Horse at the Ramona Country Fair.
She has experience in a wide range of property types and real estate transactions from single family homes and condo’s to land and ranches, commercial, multi family and manufactured home sales.
She also has past experience in the appraisal and lending fields.
