Hello My name is Claudia Crawford-Downes.

I have worked in the real estate industry for nearly 40 years with a primary focus in interior design, remodeling, and buying/selling personal properties. North County San Diego real estate is now my primary focus as I have a passion for helping clients find the home that fits their needs and budget. I provide transparency and promptness to my clients, ready to serve their buying/selling needs. Negotiation is my strong suit. I am always willing to go the extra mile for my clients. 

I was a realtor back in the day before technology and for 30 years I’ve been doing interior design remodeling, designing and flipping new track homes and most recently redesigning and flipping mobile homes . And now, I am finally combining the two to offer these services to my real estae clients as well.. I have the ability to offer interior design advice from just suggesting ways to clean up and declutter, to staging, or remodeling, from partial makeovers to full blown remodels.
