My speciality area is the neighborhood of Country Rose. Having been an original owner when the track opened in 1988 and living there for 27 years and the fact that my husband was the flooring subcontractor for the builder Shea Homes, I have lots of inside iinformation about these homes. I know all the floorplans and have done many design jobs in a lot of these residences.
