What differentiates me from all the other Agents? 

A few facts about me, I have been in the Real Estate industry for 18 years.  My Master negotiating skills come from my many years in the industry and also from  being an Investor.  I have bought and sold my own homes as an investor and  I know what Sells and how to  acquire the best possible price for both Sellers an Buyers.  

I have worked in San Diego County and Riverside County and know many areas and markets.  I specialize in single family homes but I also have sold multi family properties.   I have extensive knowledge in Real Estate and have been specializing in North San Diego County homes for the past several years.

I go that extra mile and I am always present at home inspections, appraisals and walk my clients through the transaction each step of the way.  I am availabe throughtout the entire process at all times. 

Buyers and Sellers need an Agent they can count on during the buying and selling process.  My experience in the real estate environment will ensure that the process of selling or buying your home will go as smooth as possible and complete in a timely manner.
