Here is a little about us . . . 

Mark and Janette Henning have lived in Encinitas Estates since 1987 and have been actively serving San Diego county residents with their real estate needs since 1989. They have 4 children, 7 grandchildren (one more on the way), 2 dogs and 2 Guinea pigs.  Their 3 decades of Real Estate experience has allowed them to serve hundreds of clients and includes Mark being a sales manager (and coach) at a Large National Real Estate company. The decades of pastoral ministry experience have proven helpful when negotiating contracts between parties and overcoming the problems that can sometimes arise in transactions. 

Mark’s powerful skills in contract negotiations and client relationships have made the impossible dream possible for many, many people.  Mark and Janette's expertise in the real estate marketplace, property analysis, marketing and superior service has resulted in seller’s getting top dollar and quick sales and buyer’s quickly finding the home of their dreams at a wonderful price.  Mark Henning leads with expertise, contract knowledge, negotiations, client relationships and assisting buyers and sellers in all aspects of the real estate transaction.
