The numbers don't lie. We were referred to Linda and Robby by a friend's realtor because I wanted to work with someone who was very busy. I believe it's an indicator of just plain effectiveness and other good things such as being finely tuned to local market nuances that a less-busy agent would miss. The numbers clearly showed Linda and Robby were very busy. What's surprising is that they made it feel like we were their only client.
