Marilu moved from Peru to the United States 21 years ago and settled in the Bay Area. She started her career in Real Estate in 2004 and enjoys very much what she does; she loves working with people. She is bilingual in both Spanish and English and holds a University degree in Modern Languages and Translation in Spanish, English and French. She was born in Peru from Chinese descent but embraces her Latin roots and her very rich multicultural background which helps her create a rapport with her clients of diverse backgrounds and understand their needs to meet their goals and exceed their expectations.

She has been working in the service industry all her life doing marketing and sales around the world. This experience has honed her customer service and negotiation skills and has given her a wider scope and clear understanding that everyone's needs, personality, customs and expectations are different.
