Carmel Casas has been a realtor for the past 10 years. During this time she has established her professional reputation by helping her clients sell their homes for top dollar and purchase the homes of their dreams.

Carmel grew up in the historic area of Mt. Washington, nestled in the heart of North East Los Angeles. She relocated to the Inland Empire and was a resident for 20 years. Recently, she returned to her old stomping grounds in the Mt. Washington area.  Through years of experience, Carmel has developed an intimate understanding of the needs of Southern California real estate clients.  Carmel is a homeowner in the Inland Empire and maintains a residence in Los Angeles.  Carmel has refined expertise in urban and suburban residential transactions as well as commercial property experience.  

Carmel has a BA in Business Administration from the California State University of Los Angeles and an AA in Business Management from Pasadena City College. Previously she was an owner of a Postal Annex (logistics and business services) located in Phillips Ranch, California. Carmel received an award for her excellent customer service skills and was honored as an outstanding franchise owner/manager. While managing Postal Annex she served as a board member of the Inland Empire Marketing Board.
