Stacy is truly a pro!!! We traveled from San Antonio to Grass Valley to look for homes. We had many conversations before arrival. We planned to look at homes for 3 to 4 days. When we arrived Stacy was ready for us we looked at about 45 homes in Two days, let me tell you Stacy had previewed every home before we saw them. She knew we were looking for a single story home and we looked at ones we asked for, ones she thought we’d like and ended up buying the wildcard home she had saved for us to look at the first day. We ended up looking at it again the next day and after 2 full days we’d found a home. We flew home 2 days later and we owned our home within a few weeks. She went over and above being there for for inspections, repairs for inspections and she went a step further by finding us painters and our home was painted inside before arrival. She helped us find electricians, carpenters, plumbers and handymen.Her knowledge of the area and expertise made our home buying experience a joy. Stacy is knowledgeable and very familiar with the Lake Wildwood area. She responds to all texts and emails quickly and didn’t hesitate to put our offer in even though it was much less than the listing price. She gave us great referrals for a moving company and an insurance company. She was always available to take us to the home even after offer was accepted, to show our family, take measurements, etc. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Stacy.
