I have nearly 30 years of commercial and residential real estate brokerage and management experience. I spent my early years in real estate working with the largest commercial real estate appraisal firm in Southern California, so I am familiar with all aspects of the real estate industry, including real estate appraisal, and an understanding of markets and valuation.  My desire is to complete each transaction with excellence. I will take the time to get to know you, to understand your needs and desires, and I do not give up until you reach your goal.

I also have background experience in education, so that I am comfortable working with a broad range of people, and I have the skill and motivation to help you understand every aspect of the real estate transaction, so that you are comfortable with your decision.  Additionally, I employ a professional photographer so that I offer excellent professional marketing videos for all my listings.
