    After graduating from college and serving our country in the Army, I had many wonderful years helping

 people enrich their lives with programs through the Long Beach and Los Angeles YMCA.
      I moved to San Juan Capistrano after finish working at the YMCA. My family had opened the first baker Mission Bell, in San Juan and Lake Forest for my father-in law.
      San Juan is my favorite city that has a country setting with beautiful untouched ridge lines and farming in

 town. It has a rich history with its Mission that reflects a step back in time to how it was a long time ago. I knew

 my love for San Juan would be a natural place to help people in real estate. I enjoyed helping people very  much in over 160 home sales in S.J.C., Along with many other people in the other South County Cities

listened to their needs and helped them like I would do for my own family. This is shown in my testimonials.
