Climbing Roses, Ahhh. I am currently obsessed with these beatiful flowers. They are easy to care for and can be planted in a home or condo alike and will make a lovely addition to your home. 

You can add an archway and make a dramatic yet welcoming entrance to your walkway in the front yard. Doesn't this look dreamy ? 

Climbing roses can also be planted along the side of your house or fence secured by a trellis to add a pop of color and warmth.

These are not climbing roses, but you get the idea. 

Plant a climbing rose in a pot with a decorative metal stand or you can also take it a step further and add a wallmounted arch way on your front door, or your door leading to your patio. I promise you won't be disapointed. 

How about a privacy fence? Doesn't this look like a friendly and inviting way of saying, I love my neighbors, but I also want my personal space for some quiet time ?

The First steps for any big life decisions such as getting married, going to college, or in our case, buying your first home or even a second home is savings?  Are you saving enough?  A simple rule of thumb is to pay yourself fist before anything. Pay yourself first by putting aside at least 10% of every check into a savings where you will earn interest. What to do, charge that card!

That is a vicious cycle that must be broken, and it comes first and foremost by changing our mindset into thinking ahead and doing things the unconventional way. Trust me, by changing your mindset and paying yourself first, you will find that you actually have a lot more money to spare and will still be able to enjoy your life, only with a little more cusion saved to back you up.  Instead of a stack of credit card debt waiting for you, you'll have that financial peace of mind because you paid yourself first.
