My name is Pedram "Pete" Vahid and I'm a second generation realtor. I have also worked for The Irvine Company as a Manager in community development and worked on communities such as Orchard Hills, Eastwood, Portola Springs in the award winning Villages of Irvine. 

My educational studies include a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and and a Bachelors of Arts. I'm also a pricing strategy advisor (PSA) which can help you pricing your property for maximal sale proceeds.
