Disappointing First ExperienceWe recently employed Angela to help us sell our home and we were, overall, disappointed and frustrated by our experience. We felt like Angela and her associates were not on the same page. When Angela and her associate, Tennley Taylor, came to do an initial visit to our home they were very far apart in their assessments: Tennley walked around our home and thought it would sell for $900,000; Angela thought we should list for $790,000. This wide dissimilarity immediately gave us concern but we decided to sign a contract with Angela based, primarily, on her experience, stellar reviews and promise of a luxury experience. This was our first time going through the sales process and we expected be walked through the process, but there were numerous times when we had to have things explained to us after the fact instead of preemptively.Throughout the sales process we felt like there were instances of miscommunication. Potential buyers showed up to the house unannounced claiming that they had an appointment. We would ask Angela to discuss an issue with the buyer’s agent and then would not hear back from her.We felt like Angela was rushing through the negations process. Made us feel as if Angela wanted to get the house sold quickly rather than secure the best deal for us. What was best for us was not her priority.Once the sale went through, we felt like there was a noticeable drop in Angela’s involvement. We expected to have help getting through the moving process, but we were left scrambling. There was miscommunication about our exact move out date which caused us some significant and unnecessary stress.I think if we had more experience in the sales process, we would not have had such a negative experience, but I would not recommend her to other first time sellers.

I found Angela on Zillow based on her reviews. I hired her to sell two of my houses in the desert. The market slowed down considerably, but she was able to sell the first one within the first month and the second one a month later. I couldn’t be more thrilled.
