Palm Springs Valley home sales ended the 2016 year on an up-note with both sales and prices climbing steadily higher the past two years. Overall sales were up 2% in 2016 while single-family home prices rose 5%, condos just half that percentage. The median price for a Coachella Valley home hovers around $300,000.
2017 is continuing this steady upward trend in sales and prices, and opportunities abound for both home-sellers and those ready to purchase a primary or vacation home .
