About Me

I am a California native who arrived in the Coachella Valley desert 20 years ago via Silicon Valley, continuing my high-tech career in Public Relations until switching to the tumultuous world of real estate 13 years ago. Because of my long history with the desert—visiting for years before moving here permanently, I've witnessed the explosive growth of the Coachella Valley, the market downturn, and the turnaround in local property values.

Palm Springs Valley home sales ended the 2017 year on an up-note with both sales and prices climbing steadily higher the past few years. Total home sales were up 14.2% in 2017: single-family home prices rose 8.3% while the median price of condos rose 7%. The median price for a Coachella Valley home has increased to an amazing $368,193.

2018 is continuing this steady upward trend in sales and prices, and opportunities abound for both home-sellers and those ready to purchase a primary or vacation home. The Coachella Valley housing market is a 50-50 mix of two discrete markets: owner-occupied and remote owners (2nd homes and investors). And, summer sales are now almost as robust as those during the traditional seasonal months, making the buying/selling market truly year-round.

As a golfer, I've played many of the Valley's 121 courses and am familiar with the dizzying array of wonderful country clubs. Let me know your desired desert lifestyle and I will match you up with the perfect community.

I have found homes for clients throughout the Valley: from Palm Springs—recognized worldwide for its iconic mid-century architecture, to my hometown of La Quinta—offering the widest array of luxury golf resorts.

One of my favorite communities is Biltmore Colony in south Palm Springs--a unique enclave of 133 condos built on the site of the old Biltmore Colony hotel. With an affordable pricepoint and located on fee land, the distinctive community pays tribute to the city's mid-century aesthetic with cool interiors, resort-like amenities, formidable San Jacinto views, and low HOAs. If you're seeking the vaunted Palm Springs lifestyle, let me introduce you to this special place.

My creative marketing efforts toward selling properties employ both traditional and digital stragegies.
