Real Estate has beemy passion and my hobby since the 1970's. My mom was a REALTOR. My father did real estate development in Vail, Colo.
After graduating with a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado, I decided to get my real estate brokers license, which I held for many years, even after the West called me to move to San Diego, during the downtown in Colorado's economy.

After moving, I quickly found a job in outside sales.
I earned my sales license in Real Estate in 1989, and then a few years later, decided to have matching bookends with my Real Estate Brokers licenses from both California and Colorado.

With the successful career in outside selling I enjoyed, I kept the Real Estate bug in the back of my mind.
After leaving the copier industry after a about 20 years, until my family commitments took me to Palm Springs, CA, to help my family run a series of successful restaurants.
In 2014, I opened up my restaurant, Kaiser Grille Palm Desert, naming it after my father who opened the first Kaiser Grille years previously, a few blocks away. This became the people business that I loved, because I really enjoy "serving" people.
Awards and Accolades: "Best steakhouse, best seafood, best happy hour, best American cuisine, etc" in Palm Desert on Yelp, Tripadvisor, Desert Sun, Palm Springs Life, etc.
Fast forward to March 2020. I was forced to close the restaurant due to COVID-19, by the governor of California. I am hoping to reopen one day with full capacity. In the meantime, I am pivoting back to my first love, real estate.
It is better to give than receive. I give back to the community that supported me through my resources and especially time.
