Lynda helped me navigate through brand new territory when I first moved here from northern CA.  She was patient and knowledgeable about the area and catered to all my needs.

I lived there for nearly 2 years until I recently made a change within Palm Springs.

Lynda managed both the sale and the purchase of my new home in a simultaneous close.   Amazingly, it went very smoothly, even considering it was at the beginning of COVID-19 and that simultaneously closing are often riddled with issues.     

We closed smoothly and all parties were happy. She is a dear friend now.    April 2018 & May,2020

Being a pastor of a church, it was extremely important that we live close to my church and my children’s schools.     Lynda helped us find the perfect house, even with solar heating, which is truly a Godsend in this part of the country.

I was remodeling a home to resell it and Lynda came in and took over all the last steps so that did not have to lift a finger.   She had it virtually stage, of which I was not convinced, but we had 2 offers within days and sold it for $12,000 over asking.
