Alex was referred to me by a friend after I had listed my home for rent with another agent and not been able to find tenants.  He came to my home, was extremely professional and listed my property for rent within a few days.  The pictures he took were very detailed and really flattered my home.  He was truthful about what he thought I could rent my home for and confidentially told me he could have it rented within 30 days.  He scheduled 2 different days to show the house and had many applicants from just those 2 showings.  He was able to get my home rented within the 30 days he promised.

Alex was referred to me by a friend after I had listed my home for rent with another agent and not been able to find tenants.  He came to my home, was extremely professional and listed my property for rent within a few days.  The pictures he took were very detailed and really flattered my home.  He was truthful about what he thought I could rent my home for and confidentially told me he could have it rented within 30 days.  He scheduled 2 different days to show the house and had many applicants from just those 2 showings.  He was able to get my home rented within the 30 days he promised.

I can't recommend Alex enough. I was looking for someone who really knows the area where my father lived, since I don't live close. Within The past year and a half, I have worked with three different realtors. The first two I worked with encouraged me to consider homes in impoverished, neglected neighborhoods because of my income. They hardly communicated with me during the search most of the time I had to send them properties that I was interested in. When we made the decision to sell our home, we had interviewed several agents but were very disappointed and unimpressed with what we saw. Alex was then recommended to us through a family member. In our first initial meeting, Alex took detailed notes and diligently listened to our needs and what we wanted to accomplish.
