About Me or Should I Say About You
I bring the highest-level Real Estate Professionalism to each of my clients. I understand that my clients have three goals: (1) to buy or sell their home at the best possible price, (2) to complete their transaction in the least amount of time, and (3) go through the process with the least amount of stress. It get it. For most people, buying or selling a home is a major life decision. You want and need someone in your corner to look after your interests. You want someone who can “MAKE REAL ESTATE EASY FOR YOU!” I want to be that person for you.
Those who know me would say that I believe that professional excellence and education go hand-in-hand. Therefore, I am committed to learning. Clients want and expect service from highly professional people. I graduated from California State University at Northridge with a Bachelor in Business Administration. Since then, I have earned three Master’s degrees. I am constantly reading to learn from the experiences and knowledge of others so that I can incorporate their ideas into my professional practice.
I became a real estate broker in 1993 and have worked as a loan broker and helped clients buy and sell homes. Back then I did this on a part-time basis while I was a technology teacher for Los Angeles School District. I am a member in good standing of the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and a member of the Conejo, Simi, and Moorpark Association of Realtors (CSMAR). I have recently joined HomeSmart Realty Group as an associate broker.
I have been a resident of Simi Valley for over 30 years. My wife and I love this city. We chose to be part of the community and raise two children here.
I look forward to working with you and having the privilege of helping you with this very important part of your life. I recognize that your referrals are key to my success as a realtor and want you to be one of my Very Satisfied Clients.
