Go with anyone else but helen. She is not knowledgeable about the process and works with the selling agent to sell the house without negotiating to maximize there pockets. I was a first time home buyer and she lacked the knowledge, process and negotiating skills. Failed to mention sellers were in bankruptcy but was told 20 days later which is breach of contract. She could've advised it was best to run away but she didnt she just thought of filling her pockets. Please stay away from her if your a first time home buyer. She doesnt care and tries to make you feel sorry for her. Her home inspector sucks as well. I have multiple major problems with my house that inspector should've caught but didnt and helen was no where to be found when trying to contact her. Contract was breached twice and she offered no knowledgable help. STAY AWAY!!
