I contacted Elwood after initially taking to another agent that didn't sound like she wanted to help me. I was only looking...trying to figure out what I wanted. This home buying process is brand new to me so I had no idea where to even begin. Elwood has taken the time to explain the whole process. He had no problem taking me to look at properties during business hours or after hours. He answers calls, text messages, emails within 10 minutes, no matter what time of day it is. I really feel that he had my best interest in mind. Super friendly, patient, reliable, and trust worthy. Not one bit pushy at all. We started looking about 3 weeks ago and we're in escrow!! Ready to close in another 2-3 weeks. I can't say enough good things about him!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

I looked on yelp and found all the great reviews on Elwood. They were spot on. He is by far the best Agent we have ever had. He helped us on a bank foreclosure and was extremely helpful. He actually saved me ten thousand dollars as I was going to bid that much higher on the house. He was able to advise me not to as that was not a good bargain and we still ended up getting the house in an investor filled market. His response time is great. I don't have enough good words to say about him.

Elwood was very helpful. He did what he said he'd do, sell our house. The guy we had before him had us in escrow 3 times and they were dropped all 3 times for unknown reasons.
