I will not say this process was easy in any way but Ismael and Minerva made the whole process of selling our home well worth the stress. I don't think we could of found anyone that was as dedicated to selling the home more than we were, which we are very thankful for. We did not know anything about the selling process but they made it so easy for us to understand and were so determined to help us in every way possible. I don't know what we would have done without them!!!! In 2017 when my Grandfather passed away Ismael and Minerva were the one's I reached out to. Not only did they sell my Grandfathers house for what we were hoping for, they did it under some serious time constraints and logistical issues. As we were also helping my Aunt and Uncle who were living w/ my Grandfather purchase a mobile home and move them from Sunnyvale, Ca to Modesto, Ca. The sell of Grandpa's house and purchase of my Aunt's Mobile home had to coincide with each other and went as smooth as one could hope for under the circumstances. We have to move, dump, sell, get rid of 60 years worth of items accumulated by my Grandparents and Aunt. Ismael and Minerva spent many morning, days and nights (even while on family vacation) making this as smooth as possible for us. They understood the loss of my Grandfather was extremely hard on us all and handled some difficult moments with the upmost professionalism you could ask for, in my opinion. They made sure that we didn't miss any big or small details. Ensured we understood what was going on every step of they way. They why's, whens, where and who's were explained thoroughly and in a way that just made me feel at ease throughout the hole process. IF.... I did get stressed or concerned I knew they were just a text, call or visit away. Then in 2018... My Wife and I decided it was time to purchase our first home. Of Course, we called Ismael and Minerva to help us. My wife and Minerva hit it off immediately... they discussed all the things that my wife wanted and desired in our home (made a lot of decisions easy for me). They built a great list of homes for us to look at and view, they met us at every home; on time and prepared with all the info we needed to make comfortable decisions while looking for our home. They even talked us out of a home when they could of easily just took our money and said you want it you got. But some how they knew it wasn't going to be the right fit for our family. WE ARE SO GLAD WE LISTENED TO THEM. We did end up purchasing a home with them and could not be happier. I would recommend Ismael and Minerva to any one, any where, anytime with the upmost confidence they are going to be extremely satisfied with their services. Ismael and Minerva are now considered family not just a realtor or friend. They make you feel like family, you know in talking w/ them that they have your best interest in mind. You won't regret it.

First off these two were not my first realtors, the first realtor I had did absolutely nothing with my information for a month. I submitted my information to Ismael and Minerva And within three days my offer was accepted. They helped me to feel safe and comfortable during the stressful time of trying to find a perfect house as well as explained the process and has my back until the very end.
