David is very reliable and trustworthy. He and his wife Misty were very helpful and friendly during our house hunting and purchase. They kept us up to date on everything !

I have used Dave for several property sales and purchases in the past few years. I have also referred several friends to him because of the experience we have had. Unlike agents I have used in the past, I told him what I want and he provided exactly what we were looking for. He did not suggest alternative properties simply to make a sale, he patiently found what we wanted and truly looked out for our interest. He also recommended great people to work with all the way through the process including finance, home inspection etc. Great selling and buying experience with my best interest in mind, would never think of using anyone else if needed in the future, which most likely be needed as Dave found us the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood and the entire family couldn't be happier.
