Angel has been a licensed full-time Realtor® since 1998 and successfully negotiated over 400 Real Estate transactions which included: Pre-foreclosures, Foreclosures, Short Sales, Loan Modifications, Probate, Trust Sales, Divorce appointed court sales, Commercial Land, Residential Homes, Income property, Property Rentals, Multiple units, Investor Flip properties and Ranchettes. She has serviced folks out of the area, state and even country.
Angel has years of knowledge preparing houses for sale to get the most money for the seller at closing. She has managed and overseen renovations and approved contractor bids and payments for clients. The scope of work may be simple paint, carpet or trash outs to replacing kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, septic systems, leech lines, major termite work repairs, roofing and more. Often the clients were not around or even seen the properties; however, entrusted Angel in handling all the details.
Her greatest asset is her ability to listen and empathize with folks genuinely. Her commitment to excellence allows her the ability to find potential pitfalls to avoid stress and delays for her clients during the process of the sale. She has worked closely with folks going through hardships and her experience working with the community helping mentor and guide young adults, recovering addicts, domestic violence survivors as well as help coworkers to grow - provides her the ability to be sympathetic and look for the best solutions for her clients. Every Situation is unique as is every individual. She is bilingual in Spanish and can bridge the communication gap making transaction negotiations and details comfortable for all parties involved.

Oh, where to start? At the end of any substantial project I am a part of, I always look back to what led to the success. Preparing and selling my late Mother's house what such substantial project that was very successful. Upon my retrospective look back I realized that the single best thing I did was choose Angel to by my agent. She has excellent listening skills, was very communicative and I never was left wondering what was happening, what was next. Her knowledge of the community was also part of the success; she knew who to contact for various tasks, and those contacts always came through. In some cases she handled everything, after asking (she did this often) "What can I do to help? Use me - I'm here for you".She arranged for professional staging; The house looked so good I wondered (a little) why I was selling it! Additionally, the professional photos and video she arranged for me made the house look fantastic. Angel helped sell my mom's property and she pretty much carried the load. We had to deal with a reverse mortgage so it to longer but she stayed with it. She was always communicating with myself and my sister about what was going on. If we had any questions she was right there with the answer.
