My real estate career started in 2001 with my husband, Matt Keenan. With a young family of 4, I decided to put my real estate career on hold to focus on our children. Over the years, we picked up four rental properties that I've managed. My real estate license remained current because I kept attending real estate classes to further my education. Occasionally, I accompany my husband to his listing appointments.
Over these many years, I have stayed involved in real estate through many avenues. In 2017, I worked in New Home Sales. This job taught me more about what sellers and buyers want in selling and buying a home. I know what it takes to build a house from the ground up. I helped with interior designing by picking out the floors, cabinets & colors, granite & quartz, paint colors for the -interior paint and exterior of the house, and light fixtures. I marketed and sold for Sea Breeze Homes. I am a dedicated sales professional capable of exceeding goals, retaining clients, and maintaining a solid reputation with my fellow agents and clients.
