As a native Californian, Steve developed an interest in real estate from an early age. Going out on real estate appointments with his grandfather in Southern California, he discovered an interest in the sales process of homes and was amazed at the complexities and problem solving that was required to complete a transaction.
Steve went to college at “San Francisco State University” where he earned his degree in Economics, and continued on to obtain his MBA degree at the “University of the Pacific” in Stockton, California. Licensed and trained in 1989 as a real estate agent in Thousand Oaks, California, he later went on to become a mortgage banker in 1991 for companies such as GMAC Mortgage, Chase Manhattan Bank, and National Bank of the Redwoods in Sonoma County. In 1997, Steve sold new homes for builders such as Hayman Homes and Schellinger Homes. In 2004 Steve obtained his real estate brokers license. He currently teaches real estate principles licensing preparation courses for Integrity Real Estate Services, and formerly for PMZ University, C-21 M&M, Kaplan and Anthony Schools. Steve now practices and created his own company called Integrity Real Estate Services.
Steve is married and has two wonderful children. His favorite passion is competitive sailing in the San Francisco Bay, and spending time with his family.
