I have been in business since 2006 and specialize in single family homes, residential and commercial leases. Not only will I operate with the utmost integrity and due diligence to reprepresent you to the best of my ability but for added protection I also utilize a buyer/seller risk management program to help you with any legal questions you may have before, during, or after the close of escrow.  

Transaction Security

Our preferred escrow company also carries a Cyber Theft Insurance Policy and are SSAE Certified which means the entire transaction is guaranteed and in this day and age of "going paperless" cyber theft is at an all time high and we take extra measures to protect our clients from becoming the next victim.  This makes our HomeSmart clients just plain, Smart Clients.
